During a recession, network marketing is one of those industries that experince a boom in business.It makes sense because people are in nedd of additonal cash to augment their income.Because of the economy we are in now people are having more money problems. Network marketing gives people another way to earn more money in addition to their salary from their main employer.But people do not realize that it is very hard to achieve success.Maybe because people don’t know what it takes for them to succeed.

Here I will present one of the problems that people who are new to network marketing encounter. The first thing they do when they start looking for network marketing opportunities is they look for a good product.Yes, a good product is an important thing to have. But finding a good product will not be the only key for you to be successful.There were a lot of good products that failed when used in MLM.That is definitely not the secret to your success.

Another thing they look for is the top network marketing companies.And that is another thing that people think of as their way to sucess but it is not.You may have the best network marketing company but it does not spell success and it does not imply that you will be successful in this endeavor.It does not mean that just because the company is succesful or has been succesful the new people that join it will also be sucessful.The secret is more individualized rather than as a company.  It is more dependant on each individual.That is how it is in most businesses.  MLM is no different.

So what is the key?  The key is something called MLM prospecting.IT means that you need to recruit and bring in more people to your network.Because jif you join MLM industry but you can’t recruit other people then you will still fail.Just like the other industries, MLM is based on the concept of selling and buying.But the difference is that it is the also the distributors who will be doing the buying and selling part.And there is nothing wrong about that.But if you can’t bring in more people to join your network then you won’t be able to move your products. If you can’t move any products you can’t make money.People don’t realize it but it is as simple as that and that is their key to success in joining MLM industry.
